John Burgener started Owl Holler Processing a little over 20 years ago. He started processing deer and with time began processing animals of all kinds. John and his wife Judy, had been looking to sell the business. Eddie and Candice started helping them out in July of 2019 to see if this would be something they would be interested in. They both loved working there and purchased the business in October.
